On April 23, the Innovation Accelerator held a meeting focused on business plan development and a strategic approach to business planning. The workshop was led by Krzysztof Łątka—an MBA lecturer at the University of Entrepreneurship and Administration, a certified trainer, and a VCC system examiner in the field of grant project management.

During the meeting, participants examined the role of regularly revising business plans, particularly during times of dynamic change, organizational growth, or situations requiring adjustments to existing assumptions. The speaker emphasized that a business plan should not be treated as a one-time document, but rather as a tool subject to continuous updating and analysis.

The discussion focused on key areas of operation, such as profitability, promotional activities, management, competitive analysis, and process automation. Another key element of the meeting was the presentation of an interactive tool supporting business plan creation, which streamlines the planning process and accounts for fluctuations in market and cost conditions.

The meeting also served as a forum for exchanging experiences and information regarding available forms of support—including office space and consulting services—that are essential for participants as they develop their ventures.

An evaluation of the Accelerator’s activities to date was also conducted using an anonymous evaluation survey, which allowed for the collection of participants’ opinions and recommendations regarding the Accelerator’s activities to date.
