Innovation Accelerator meetings have resumed following the summer break. The event launching the autumn series took place on September 3rd at the "Od Kuchni" restaurant in Lublin, drawing a large number of participants.

This time, we opted for a new, more intimate, and networking-oriented format designed to foster not only knowledge acquisition but also the direct exchange of experiences and the building of professional relationships.

The theme of this first post-summer meeting was "How to Increase Company Sales?" Participants had the opportunity to examine the sales process from a practical standpoint and discuss effective ways to reach customers, boost sales, and leverage their company's potential.

The guest speaker was Krzysztof Łątka—a figure well-known to the attendees—who is the founder of the Medimost start-up, a member of the Lublin Medicine Cluster, and an MBA lecturer at WSPA.

The two-hour meeting provided an opportunity to gain concrete tips, ask questions, and share personal experiences and the challenges entrepreneurs face on a daily basis. The high turnout demonstrated a strong demand for such face-to-face gatherings that combine professional development with business community networking.

The new Innovation Accelerator format centers on knowledge, practice, and people—all within an atmosphere conducive to conversation, collaboration, and making new connections. This networking aspect will remain a key element of future meetings.
