The topic of the Innovation Accelerator meeting held on June 3 was “Customer acquisition process automation based on the experience of Bezpieczne Finanse”. The event featured presentations by Nadiia Soloviova, a financial expert at Bezpieczne Finanse, and Yevhen Rudnytskyi, CEO of Aroks Group, responsible for technological implementations and automation solutions.

During her presentation, Nadiia Soloviova enthusiastically shared the company’s growth journey and the experiences that led to the implementation of automated marketing and sales processes. She discussed the expansion of the company’s marketing activities, including the use of social media, while openly sharing both the successes achieved and the challenges and mistakes encountered along the way.

Yevhen Rudnytskyi focused on the technological aspects of business process automation. He explained the benefits of automating repetitive tasks, collecting and analyzing data, and transforming it into clear and actionable information that supports business decision-making. He also presented the entire flow of information—from the first customer interaction, through data registration and processing, to the creation of comprehensive customer profiles. Particular attention was given to the integration of data from multiple communication channels, including social media platforms and advertising campaigns, enabling companies to build valuable databases and gain deeper insights into customer needs and behavior.

The meeting was moderated by Krzysztof Łątka, an expert at the Skynet Foundation and a lecturer in MBA programs at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin. The event provided participants with an opportunity to explore practical applications of automation in business and to exchange experiences and best practices in the fields of innovation and digital transformation.
