Accelerator Meeting. Marketing Workshop

On March 18, we met again as part of the Innovation Accelerator to deepen our knowledge and practical skills in the field of marketing. This time, the discussion focused not only on promotional tools, but above all on a strategic, holistic approach to brand building and customer relations.
During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on key elements of modern marketing, such as building long-term relationships with customers, designing a value proposition, and better understanding their needs and challenges. Participants had the opportunity to view marketing more broadly—as a process encompassing not only communication but also product development, customer experience, and consistency across various touchpoints with the brand.
The event featured Krzysztof Łątka, an expert with experience in developing the Lublin city brand, as well as his own business brands, Zdorovo and Most Biznesu. In an inspiring presentation, he shared practical examples and insights gained from working on branding projects. He emphasized the importance of authentic relationships with audiences and the consistent building of value, which translates into sales results in the long term. He also highlighted the need to precisely define a product—through the lens of the needs it satisfies and the problems it actually solves.
The second part of the meeting consisted of workshops during which participants worked on their own business concepts. They focused on refining their offerings, identifying target groups, and laying the groundwork for a marketing strategy. The exercises were designed to translate the theoretical concepts discussed earlier into concrete actions that could be implemented in practice.
