The practical workshop for Innovation Accelerator participants

Feb 26, 2026

On February 25, participants of the Skynet Foundation Innovation Accelerator tackled a real business challenge. During the workshop, they took a close look at the idea of establishing a Center providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for children, along with support for their parents.

From the outset, the project stood out for its innovative approach — offering a holistic perspective on the needs of both the child and the caregiver, with particular emphasis on therapeutic services, including those dedicated to children with disabilities.

Participants analyzed not only the potential of the idea itself but also the formal and industry-specific challenges associated with its implementation. Together, they explored unconventional partnerships and additional collaboration opportunities that could strengthen the initiative and help build a coherent, mutually reinforcing service offering.

A key element of the session was working on a genuine concept developed by one of the teams. The workshop resulted in a clearer understanding of the project’s implementation stages, the identification of areas requiring further in-depth analysis, and preparation for the next step — developing a business plan. This will now become the focus of the participants’ continued practical work.

The workshop was led by Anastazja Kinzerska and Krzysztof Łątka.
